Carrie Berg has over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in sales, sales training, marketing, strategy, commercial effectiveness, learning and development, talent and organizational development, and retail leadership. Before joining Teladoc Health, Carrie held various leadership roles in training at iRhythm Technologies and CardioDx and acted as a consultant to several start-up organizations desiring to build dynamic learning programs. Before these roles, she was in clinical sales roles at organizations like Medtronic, Abbott, and Biotronik.

Andrew Heifetz, Director of Global Technical Enablement

Andrew Heifetz has over 10 years experience in delivering impactful training and enablement programs.  He is currently the Director of Global Technical Enablement for Akamai Technologies, Inc., leading a global team of Instructional Designers, Strategists, and Program Managers deliver award winning training and technical product certification programs to Akamai’s Customers, Services& Support Employees, and Channel partners.  He has been a recipient of the 2020 “top 5 Emerging Training Leaders” award from Training Magazine as well as CLO Magazine’s “Business Impact Award”.

Kim has a Masters of Arts in Teaching, a graduate certificate in eLearning & Online Teaching, is a board-certified medical technologist, and is a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM).
