As an experienced tech-focused engineer, Anshuul has both been on the founding team of a successful Silicon Valley technology startup and co-created a 4.9 star rated meditation app.

With over ten years of experience in both teaching and practicing yoga and meditation, Anshuul brings a unique approach to mindfulness at work while his zeal for learning keeps Inception at the front-edge of technological innovations.
