Anthony Magnus joined The Inception Company in January of 2013 bringing with him over 20 years of organizational leadership and management experience.

Prior to joining Inception, Anthony spent 13 years at MedConference, a leading provider of live direct-to-physician web conferencing solutions to the Life Sciences industry. Serving in various roles during his tenure at MedConference, Anthony spent the last nine years developing the project management processes for the web conference business, and created the Program Development department from the ground up. Anthony’s background also includes significant experience in organizational leadership, employee development, as well as adult learning.

Anthony’s experience, organizational skills and drive helped him to initially develop and fully integrate the web conferencing division within The Inception Company and today oversees all of Operations.

Anthony earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University in Chester, PA.
