Gary joined The Inception Company in early 2022 as the Chief Revenue Officer and stepped into the CEO role after six months. He brings his 25 years’ worth of experience demonstrating leadership in sales, go-to-market strategy and operations. An accomplished senior executive recognized for building and transforming the sales organization for high growth emerging software and technology companies and challenger brands. Over the course of his career, Gary has led nearly half a dozen companies to a successful exit.

He formerly built the Global Enterprise Expansion team for ON24 and spent seven years leading virtual & hybrid event solutions sales teams for Intrado. His industry knowledge and experience will enable The Inception Company to accelerate its growth while providing innovative and cost-efficient solutions to our growing base of customers.

In addition to this success, Gary’s ideas, energy, and passion have been felt throughout the organization during his short tenure which made him the ideal candidate to assume the role of CEO and shepherd the company through its next stage of growth.

Gary is originally from Wales and now lives in Connecticut with his wife Sheri and two golden doodles, Saylor & Gatsby. He holds a Science Degree from Staffordshire University in the UK.
