Kris Bachmann joined The Inception Company team in 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer. His responsibilities include strategic leadership, management of the organization’s finance, accounting, and human resources as well as to helping improve the company’s systems and processes.

Kris brings over 30 years of experience in a variety of industries including Technology, Advertising and Private Investigation. He has held both CFO and executive financial roles at several public and privately held service-based organizations including Nardello & Co., Ogilvy CommonHealth, Cossette NY, Thrupoint, and Datatec.

He is an innovative and strategic leader of Finance and Operations with a record of transforming companies into industry leaders through his expertise in accounting, financial management, and business systems.

Kris graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He and his wife, Celeste, reside in New Jersey and are kept very busy by their growing family that includes 5 adult children, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren.
